Comfy and outstanding room, it included a safe, TV, and a mini-fridge-bar. The bathroom was spacious, with a walk-in shower. The service was impeccable, including a fast check-in. They offered concierge service at no cost too.

Cozy pool villa had a mini-fridge with drinks, coffee/tea setup, and a dining area - really enjoyed that! the walk-in shower was huge and everything was just fantastic. Service here was top-notch! 🌟

banyan tree made our stay in acapulco even better than before. the staff were so friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the private sunset dinner arranged for my husband's birthday was amazing. the food and service were top-notch. we can't wait to come back.

The rooms are spacious and modern, with private pools and terraces. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast at La Nao, with a wide variety of options available. Other facilities include a Thai restaurant and a relaxing massage service.

Some of the decks and bathrooms in the hotel may need repairs and show signs of wear and tear.

The villas are well-stocked and comfortable, with amenities such as plunge pools and outside seating. The staff is generally very pleasant and mindful of the guests' well-being. Plus, there are plenty of options for dining, from the best restaurants in Mexico City to beachfront eateries in Acapulco Diamante area.

Some guests have complained about the presence of mosquitoes both inside and outside the villas, which can be a nuisance.

I had the most amazing stay at Banyan Tree. The separate small cottages with private heated pools were perfect for relaxation and the view of the bay was breathtaking. The spacious rooms made me want to stay in and enjoy the place. Highly recommendable. The location was great, the views were amazing, and the place was beautifully decorated and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.
